We bought Takara with her mom "Soup"on May 7th 2005, when she was 4 days old.
She had her first batch of kids on April 7th just before 1:00 A.M. We sold her with her 2 kids and our pygmy buck "Woody" in the summer of '06. We had recently moved and didn't have a goat proof area yet to keep them in.
In the spring of 2007, we had our fencing done and I started to look for some pygmy goats to buy. I found Takara and Woody back up for sale by a different guy than who we had sold them to, and I decided to buy them back. Takara had just had 2 new kids that the guy sold to some people that wanted to bottle feed them.
Here is Takara after we bought her back. She is going to have some more kids the end of March '08.
